This gift voucher is redeemable at all UK Cafe Football sites and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-returnable and non-refundable if lost or stolen. No change will be given. We reserve the right to refuse any gift voucher that may be altered. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for online bookings or online merchandise purchases.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving the item in the original condition for a full refund or exchange of the price you paid for the item.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item by post:

  1. Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet
  2. Enclose a returns note with your contact details.
  3. Post the item by tracked post* to the following address:

*For your protection we recommend that you use a tracked & insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.
