RETURNS POLICY

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving the item in the original condition for a full refund or exchange of the price you paid for the item.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item by post:

1. Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet
2. Enclose a returns note with your contact details.
3. Post the item by tracked post* to the following address:

FAO Vision Logistics, Unit D1 Railway Triangle, Walton Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO6 1TH

*For your protection we recommend that you use a tracked & insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.
